My Story
I spent years navigating my career through what I was taught and trained to do. I managed, until I didn't. I reached a breaking point of total disconnection, miserably comfortable in a life built on external expectations. A life I was not meant to lead.
In a world where information and tools are abundant, where do we begin? The answer is simple: start with yourself.

Each of us is born with natural gifts, our innate ways of connecting, creating, and serving. When we understand them, they become our compass.
Since discovering my Gifts, I've had one rule: any work or opportunity I take on must allow me to use at least 2 to 3 of my Gifts. Since then, I've never looked back. I experience work and life in ways I couldn't have imagined before. Today, I'm the most at peace and the happiest I've ever been.
When you lead from your gifts, you don't just create outcomes. You create experiences that touch and move people. All from a place of authenticity and inspiration. The result is walking a path that feels meaningful, energizing and on purpose.
