Hi, I'm Loann.

After years of achievements in the corporate world, I eventually found myself feeling empty inside. I had everything I thought should make me happy, yet deep down, I was miserably comfortable. 

 

I dove into personal development programs that always asked the same questions: “What do you want?” and “What’s your why?” Instead of clarity, I felt even more lost because I didn’t know. This led me on the spiritual path: the journey of going within.

 

My exploration brought me back to my Buddhist roots, and eventually to a Vipassana Silent Retreat:  10 days of no talking, no reading, no writing, no eye contact, no electronics, and meditating 10 hours a day.

On day 7, something shifted. I felt deeply connected to my body, my environment, and everything in between: energy. I experienced oneness. In that moment, I understood the truth behind the words: “We are all connected. We are all one."

​

During this time, I also discovered my Sacred Gifts. This gave me direction and guidance towards my highest self, as someone who understood why I am here and the powerful love I have to give. From that moment on, I made myself a promise: every opportunity I take, every project I accept, every piece of work I do must allow me to share my gifts and natural abilities in service of others. Without fail, each experience since has been incredibly rewarding.

I followed the flow of life to reconnect with my roots, Vietnam. I wanted to take everything I knew and experienced and give back to the local community in some way. I eventually joined an international startup as the Head of Sales & Consulting and poured my gifts into leading and growing the company. In two years, our team grew from 8 to 50 and was acquired by a strategic investor. But my greatest reward wasn’t the acquisition, it was leading and watching my team of young professionals grow from zero to little experience into confident consultants helping multinational companies expand to Vietnam. Furthermore, knowing I was contributing to the growth of a country my family once fled as refugees, it felt like life had come full circle.

Today, as a Certified Sacred Gifts Guide and Coach, I help individuals discover their inherent talents and align so they can live more inspired and fulfilled by sharing their gifts. After years of doing this work, the thrill of witnessing the magic unfold as my clients' eyes and hearts open to their incredible power within just never gets old.
