As a Career and Business Alignment Coach specializing in purpose and impact, I help professionals and entrepreneurs discover their innate gifts, shift into alignment, and make a positive difference through their gifts. My approach blends self-discovery with practical tools. I’ll help you uncover not only your gifts, but also the unique impact you create when you live them fully. Together, we’ll translate that awareness into a way of working and living that feels authentic, energizing, and deeply aligned, so you can lead with confidence, contribute with purpose, and thrive in both career and life.

My Story
I was born in Vietnam and came to Canada as a refugee baby, raised with the classic immigrant expectations: excel in school, get a safe job, make your parents proud. I followed the script and had a successful corporate career, but despite the achievements, I felt empty inside and “miserably comfortable.” That inner restlessness sparked my second life. I dived into personal development, spiritual practices, exploration back to my Buddhist roots, and eventually to a Vipassana Silent Retreat: 10 days of no talking, no reading, no writing, no eye contact, no electronics, and meditating 10 hours a day. On day 7, something shifted. I felt deeply connected to my body, my environment, and everything in between: energy. I experienced oneness. In that moment, I understood the truth behind the words: “We are all connected. We are all one."
During this time, I also discovered my Sacred Gifts. This gave me the language for what my Soul was nudging me to understand all along: my life was meant to be guided by spirit and gifts, not just goals. From then on, I promised myself: every project, role, or opportunity I take, must allow me to use my gifts in service to others. This led me back to Vietnam, where my goal was to take everything I knew, my privileges and experiences and give back to the local community in some way. I eventually became the Head of Sales & Consulting at an international startup, and played a crucial role in scaling the company from 8 to 50 people in two years before we got acquired. The acquisition was a milestone, but what mattered most was watching my young team grow into confident consultants welcoming multinational companies and contributing to the growth of the country my family once fled.
That’s when I realized: the most beautiful part of the journey wasn’t the achievements themselves, but my Gifted Impact™: the ripple effect of sharing my gifts, demonstrated in how people felt in my presence, the confidence they discovered in themselves, and the memorable experiences that unfolded.
Today, as a Career and Business Coach specialized in purpose and impact, I help individuals discover their innate gifts and deeply understand their unique ripple effect, their Gifted Impact™. When they align their work and lives with that, they step into more energy, more clarity, and a deeper sense of fulfillment. And after all these years, the thrill of witnessing that shift, seeing eyes and hearts open to their incredible power within just never gets old.
